ABC 7 News myTAKE - What's Your Opinion? The Pistons opened a 29-20 advantage after 12 minutes of basketball, and then ballooned their lead to 59-43 at the half.

Detroit was 53 percent (27-of-51) from the field in the first half, while New York shot a measly 38 percent (18-for-48) clip over the first 24 minutes.

Down by 17, the Knicks used a 9-2 run to pull within 68-58 with 5:07 remaining in the third frame. Harrington scored the first six points, Lee added another two from the line and Harrington added a free throw to close it out.

A pair of Arron Afflalo three-pointers increased the home team's lead to 24 points, 103-79, with 5:26 left in the contest and it was a laugher from there.
