TOWSON, Md. - Baltimore County police say two women were found slain inside their homes in unrelated incidents on Thanksgiving, and investigators have identified a suspect in one of the killings.

Police have arrested 36-year-old Rex Wesley after naming him as a suspect in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, 30-year-old Donna Brown. Police say Brown's mother went to her daughter's Randallstown-area home Thursday night and found Brown on the floor with Wesley standing over her. Brown had been stabbed in the back of the neck. Wesley ran from the scene, and Brown was taken to Shock Trauma, where she died.

Police say Wesley, who was arrested Friday night, is being interviewed by homicide detectives.

Earlier Thursday, police found a woman strangled on her bed inside her Middle River-area home. Police were called because the victim, 33-year-old Tanya Drakes, hadn't been seen for several days. Officers had to force their way inside her house.

People should not jump to conclusions. He may have just walked in and found her already dead. Probably her mother never did like him, saying he was a possessive creep. Therefore,he ran, knowing she would blame him. :>)
