(Sports Network) - The Los Angeles Clippers will try to end a three-game homestand on a positive note tonight when they welcome the Miami Heat to the Staples Center.
The Clippers have dropped four in a row overall and the first two installments of their current homestand, including Wednesday's 106-105 setback to the Denver Nuggets. Baron Davis had 18 points and 10 assists for the Clippers, who have lost 13 of 15 games to start the season. It's their worst start since the lockout-shortened 1998-99 squad started 0-17.
Marcus Camby had 17 points and 11 rebounds while Al Thornton scored 14 points in the loss. Zach Randolph and Mardy Collins, who were acquired from the New York Knicks last week for Tim Thomas and Cuttino Mobley, each made their Clippers debut versus Denver. Randolph had seven points and four boards, and Collins went scoreless in limited action.

LA big man Chris Kaman (foot) is questionable for Saturday's game. He leads the Clippers in rebounds (9.4 rpg) and field goal percentage (57.1).
Miami will resume its five-game road trip out west tonight in LA and is 1-1 so far on the trek following Friday's 107-92 win at Phoenix.
Dwyane Wade posted a season-high 43 points on 15-of-24 shooting from the field while Udonis Haslem and Daequan Cook chipped in 16 and 15 points, respectively, for the Heat. Haslem also pulled down a team-high 11 boards.
The Heat will also visit Golden State and Utah on the swing.
Los Angeles and Miami split two matchups a year ago while the Clippers have won four of six and five of the last eight meetings in the series.
Miami has lost five of its last seven contests at the Clippers.
