BETHESDA, Md. - Montgomery County
(web | news) police are asking for the public's help tracking down a Bethesda woman who has been labeled critically missing.
Tatyana Belenky, 53, was last known to be at her apartment in the 5300 block of Westbard Avenue in Bethesda Monday night, when she spoke to family members who became concerned for her welfare, police said.
She is diagnosed as schizophrenic and bi-polar and has not been taking prescribed medication, police said.
Belenky is described as a white female, 5'3" tall, 115 pounds, with black collar-length hair, and hazel eyes.
She uses public transportation and frequently walks on the Capital Crescent trail. She also frequents the Barnes and Noble book store at 4801 Bethesda Avenue in downtown Bethesda, and the Westbard Shopping Center in the 5400 block of Wesbard Avenue I Bethesda.
