(Sports Network) - Manu Ginobili underwent a Thursday afternoon MRI that showed a mild left groin strain but no structural damage, and the San Antonio Spurs guard is expected to miss 7-to-10 days.
Ginobili was hurt during the first quarter of Wednesday's game against Dallas. The veteran is averaging 14.1 points and 4.2 assists in nine games this season.
San Antonio guard Tony Parker will miss Thursday's game versus Utah because of a sprained left ankle he aggravated this past Saturday against Oklahoma City. He missed Wednesday's game and is considered day-to-day.
Parker has appeared in just six games this season, as he initially injured the ankle in a November 6 game against Portland, and is averaging 15.2 points with 4.2 assists.
