2nd Suspect Arrested in F. Street Shooting Death

Police arrested 28-year-old John Rufus YoungBey of Northeast Washington and charged him with Murder One While Armed in the shooting death of Robert Mallory. Mallory was shot multiple times on July 16, 2008 in the 1500 block of F. Street Northeast.
The other arrest in this case was in October 2008.
