A 15-year-old D.C. boy who is charged with hitting a police officer with a stolen limousine has entered a not guilty plea.
The teen was charged as a juvenile with attempted first-degree murder while armed, and other offenses. Authorities said they want the court's permission to charge him as an adult.
Prosecutors allege that the boy was aiming at another officer when he hit Officer Brian Bobick on December 13. It happened at the 4400 block of Ord Street Northeast when the two officers were on bike patrol.
Bobick is in the hospital in fair condition.
