Virginia Rep. Tom Davis Mum on Another Term

That's the big question for Congressman Tom Davis. The Republican from northern Virginia is expected to decide soon whether to seek an eighth term.
So far Davis isn't saying.
But speculation is growing that Davis, who swept into Congress with the Republican tide of 1994, is ready to move on.
