Another Gun Buyback Planned for D.C.

It will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1510 Ninth St. NW; Johnson Memorial Baptist Church, 800 Ridge Rd. SE; and Union Temple Baptist Church, 1225 W St. SE. People turning in working firearms will receive cash, and gun possession charges will be waived.
The program is open to residents of the District, Montgomery and Prince George's counties, Arlington County and Alexandria.A buyback operation on Dec. 15 garnered 279 firearms.

Or they could just not show up and still have no charges and or I bet people are making money off of stolen firearms.
I know as a legal gun owner I wouldn't sell any back especailly if I wasn't offered fair value for them.
