Gray, but mild start to the week with some showers and maybe even a thunderstorm…
Clouds rolled in overnight ahead of a cold front and this is making for a mild start. A few light showers are possible earlier in the day, with a heavier shower and or storm possible in the afternoon. (In fact the Storm Predication Center has a slight risk area through lower Southern Maryland and the across the Northern Neck of Virginia.) Temperatures will push into the lower 70s with a southwesterly breeze. Cooler, drier air moves in tomorrow and continues through Thursday. Another front moves through late Friday with a few showers, then turning cooler for the weekend. Have a great day!
