ABC7’S BRIAN van de GRAAFF
After a crisp start it will be another delightful, mild and sun-filled day!
High pressure gets the credit for another beautiful day as temperatures approach 60 degrees this afternoon under total sunshine. Skies will become partly cloudy during the day on Friday but it will remain quite mild with temperatures climbing back close to 60 degrees. Big changes arrive Friday night in the form of a strong cold front. Because the front will be under-cutting a relatively dry air mass, we do not expect any precipitation. But we do expect gusty winds and a steady drop in temperatures.
On Saturday, it will be partly cloudy, breezy and much colder with highs only in the middle 40s. And there is a chance some areas, especially north and west of Washington, may see snow flurries during the day, as well. On Sunday, the weather will be fine…just kind of chilly with a few more clouds. High again will remain in the middle 40s. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
