Today's Forecast

ABC7’S BRIAN van de GRAAFF

Sunshine will give way to  increasing clouds with another shot for some light snow after the evening rush…

There will be some sunshine to start the day but clouds will increase throughout the afternoon in advance of our next disturbance. Temperatures will be colder-than-average again with highs only in the mid to upper 30s. We expect another round of light snow tonight, after the rush, possibly providing a fresh coating. Behind that disturbance, Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with peeks of sunshine and highs near 40°.

By mid-week, high pressure will settle into the Mid-Atlantic so we expect a partly cloudy sky and milder highs in the mid 40s. The moderating trend will continue into the end of the work week as we may see the mercury approach 50° degrees by Friday, with a shot for some cleansing rains as the region is caked in salt! Have a great day!
