Today's Forecast

After a crisp start another stellar day ahead…

May certainly got off to a spectacular start with sunshine and mild temperatures! While it is a bit crisp out there to start off this morning with widespread 40s, I do anticipate another delightful afternoon with a lot of sunshine and highs back around 70º. The pattern will repeat itself for Friday and into the weekend with a similar set-up of cool nights and comfortably mild afternoons. Next chance of precipitation is not until the start of next week! Have a great day!

The Apple Blossom Festival
in Winchester is in full swing and it has quite a history. Be sure to check out our latest blog and tune in throughout the morning for live reports on Good Morning Washington through 7AM and NewsChannel 8 until 9AM!

Tree pollen returned to the high category at 282 grains/cubic meter while grasses remain low. However grasses should explode soon as they normally peak in May!
