Jefferson Memorial Dance Party: Dancers converge on monument
Swaths of dancers, in defiance of a ban on dancing at the Jefferson Memorial, converged on the monument Saturday. This time, though, there were no arrests.

Apparently the Park Police thought they were closing the Jefferson Monument, not the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.
