Every day, dozens of people in the Washington metro area are brought in on a variety of charges. Here's a quick rundown of some selected cases.
Samantha Mirro
Samantha Mirro was arrested for allegedly fighting with a 22-year-old acquaintance in Manassas. When an officer was driving her to the jail, she got out of her seatbelt and kicked the window of the cruiser, police say. She also slipped a hand out of her handcuffs and assaulted the officer, police say.
