what large raindrops look like
a large raindrop falling at terminal velocity. Drops larger than .05 " diameter begin to have flattened bottoms due to the resistance of the air. Drops large than about .2" fall at almost 20 mi/hr but are unstable and break up (added by Bob Ryan)
