What D.C. could have looked like (photos)

A new exhibit at the National Building Museum, Unbuilt Washington, explores what D.C. could have looked like if, say, a Maryland architect's design to put a chicken at the top of the Capitol had been approved, or someone's idea to move the White House to Meridian Hill and make it a palace had gone through. Other parts of the exhibition explore ideas by architecture firms for modern revisions to the city. Watch WJLA at 11 p.m. tonight for the full story.
