Four protesters have been arrested on Capitol Hill during a demonstration meant to bring attention to a rider on the federal funding bill that would extend a ban to restrict the District from spending local tax dollars to fund abortions for low-income women. The protest, organized by DC Vote, is taking place in front of the Longworth House Office Building.
