Winter blues, be gone! (photos)

The winter blues, or Seasonal Affective Disorder, is an episode of depression that most often occurs during the winter months, according to the National Institutes of Health. Sunlight

Take advantage of sunny days by going outside and soaking up as much of the rays as you can. Even if it's cold, use your lunch break to take a walk around the block. It could make all the difference!
