Sailing Stone
An odd looking 660 pound stone on the floor of Death Valley, California. Seems like a strange place for a giant rock on a flat lakebed known as Racetrack Playa. But the latest scientific explanation is pretty simple. High winds after heavy rain can easily move these ancients chunks across the temporarily slickened and muddied surfaces. Case closed!
