Residents of Maryland neighborhood angry with developer
Residents in the Addison Glen subdivision in Capitol Heights have been forced to use a road that was never finished after a developer allegedly abandoned his responsibilities.
Prince George’s County crews eventually installed barriers on each side of the unfinished portion of Karen Boulevard in Capitol Heights, Maryland to prevent cars from going down the road. Residents say prior to this barrier being put up, drivers would go down this unfinished road anyway.
