Most dangerous Metro stations: Deanwood, Anacostia rank highest in Metro crimes
The Deanwood Metro station in Northeast D.C. tops a list of the most dangerous stops within the system, according to a new Metro report. Here's a list of the 10 Metro stations with the highest number of serious crimes.
Anacostia Metro ranked second in serious crimes with 64 cases. The station, which is located at 1101 Howard Rd. SE in D.C., is decorated with a glass mosaic and frieze by Martha Jackson-Jarvis called "River Spirits of the Anacostia."
