Rolling Thunder honors those who sacrificed
With hundreds of thousands of bikers--from all over America--Rolling Thunder rumbled through the nation's capital Sunday in support of military veterans, prisoners of war, and those missing in action. ABC7 thanks photographer Joshua Yospyn for capturing the spirit of this annual demonstration in these images.
"This is a demonstration -- not a parade," reads a flyer on the Rolling Thunder website. The 25th annual motorcycle ride, which started at noon on Sunday and continued for several hours around the National Mall, is in support of military veterans, prisoners of war, and those missing in action.
