Rolling Thunder honors those who sacrificed
With hundreds of thousands of bikers--from all over America--Rolling Thunder rumbled through the nation's capital Sunday in support of military veterans, prisoners of war, and those missing in action. ABC7 thanks photographer Joshua Yospyn for capturing the spirit of this annual demonstration in these images.
U.S. Army Vietnam veteran Robert L. Delawder stood on Washington Blvd. and saluted riders as they left the Pentagon parking lot. His son, standing nearby, said it was his father's tenth year at Rolling Thunder and that he would stand here until they all passed.
