AIDS conference in D.C.

For the first time in 20 years, the world's largest AIDS conference was held back in the U.S. Over the weekend, an AIDS quilt lined a section of the National Mall--with celebrities, artists and area locals all coming out to support the cause and spread the word.

Members of the LGBT and straight group Cheer New York performed a stunt on Pennsylvania Avenue during the March on Washington. The non-profit raises money through its dance routines and stunts to help those with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions.
