The Columbia River Gorge
This gorge stretches 75 miles from Troutdale, OR to Maryhill, WA. There are 13 wildflowers that are ONLY found in this gorge. The average height of the walls range from 1500-3000 ft, with a maximum height of 4960 ft at Mt. Defiance. There are 75 waterfalls within this gorge, and its most famous, Multnomah Falls, has 4 million visitors annually.
