Pat Evans, who's attended summer concerts at Fort Dupont Park for 37 years, danced with Stan Wheaten while Nu-Era kicked off the night's free performance in a drizzling rain. Hosted by the National Park Service and a fleet of volunteers, these concerts are entering their 40th year.
