It's a fiesta! The Phillips after 5 program combines live music, gallery talks, modern art and this time--it was a food truck fiesta. Take a look.
Arthur Espinoza took up a hula hoop in front of the Fojol Bros. food truck during the Phillips Collection's second annual "Food Truck Fiesta." As part of Phillips after 5, six mobile eateries parked on both sides of the museum and offered everything from empanadas to ice cream to barbecue.
