RNC takes over Tampa: Politicians and protestors take the city
It’s not just the nation’s top Republican politicians that descended onto Tampa this past week for the Republican National Convention. Protestors equaled politicians as they rallied on the sidelines of the major political convention.
Alice Brown is a golf instructor at Ace Golf Learning Facility in Brandon, Fla., about 20 minutes from downtown Tampa. The owner of the driving range set up giant photographs of President Obama and Mitt Romney roughly 150 yards out. Brown is trying to qualify for the LPGA and enters the tour's qualifying school later this year.
