Elise Fisher, 92, whose childhood home is along the H Street Heritage Trail, hung a 1926 photograph of her family's confectionery truck on the front of her walker for the ceremony. Her grandfather started a candy business on H Street in the early 1900s and her father and uncle took it over during World War I.
