Avocado

The fruit not only has shown to lower cholesterol, but has also shown to keep the body strong. Researchers found that competitive runners who ate less than 20 percent fat suffered more injures than those that had at least 31 percent. Researchers said that extreme low-fat diets weaken muscles and joints.
