There are health foods, and then there are foods that have been deemed "superfoods." These foods have proven to have a super-boost of certain key nutrients. Take a look at some of the top superfoods that benefit your mind and body.

Chili peppers

Spicy chilies increase fat burn because of they contain the antioxidant called capsaicin. A study from the University of California at Los Angeles found that in the few hours following a meal containing capsaicin, calorie burn nearly doubled. They also push the body to use more fat as fuel.
