D.C. area celebrates Halloween
Despite the damage left behind by Hurricane Sandy, superheros, princesses and even an Angry Bird took to the streets to collect candy Halloween night. ABC7 caught up with costumed families at the 11th Street Halloween Extravaganza and the Lamont Street Halloween Block Party.
The North Columbia Heights Civic Association hosted their second annual "11th Street Halloween Extravaganza" on Wednesday night. The event kicked off at Trolley Turnaround Park and marched families up and down the neighborhood.
