D.C. area celebrates Halloween
Despite the damage left behind by Hurricane Sandy, superheros, princesses and even an Angry Bird took to the streets to collect candy Halloween night. ABC7 caught up with costumed families at the 11th Street Halloween Extravaganza and the Lamont Street Halloween Block Party.
The 11th Street Halloween Extravaganza started at Trolley Turnaround Park and marched families past local cafes, bars and other businesses where children received candy and balloons.
