D.C. area celebrates Halloween
Despite the damage left behind by Hurricane Sandy, superheros, princesses and even an Angry Bird took to the streets to collect candy Halloween night. ABC7 caught up with costumed families at the 11th Street Halloween Extravaganza and the Lamont Street Halloween Block Party.
A construction-themed costume was carried down Lamont Street on Wednesday night during the neighborhood's Halloween block party.
