Swain (right) was joined outside St. John's Episcopal Church by A.J. Cooper (center), a former U.S. Marine who likewise is running for an At-Large D.C. Council seat and wasn't invited to Friday's debate hosted by the Georgetown Business Association. Both candidates are running as Independents.
