Sugar: Top negative health effects
Halloween is right around the corner, and before we know it, sugar-filled treats will make their way into our daily diet. While a little candy is never a bad thing, we lay out the serious issues that can come from over-indulging in sugary sweets regularly.

It seems like common sense, but eating too much sugar, especially in lieu of healthier protein and fiber-filled foods will lead to weight gain.
