PHOTOS: Canal Park ice rink opens for the season
Lace up those skates! Washington's Canal Park ice rink is open for the season. Mayor Vincent Gray was there Friday morning to drive the resurfacer and celebrate. The park is at 200 M St. SE.
DC-ICE speedskaters, who normally practice at the Fort Dupont Ice Arena, were among the first onto the new Canal Park rink on Friday.
