PHOTOS: West Virginia, Maryland snowstorm
Some areas of West Virginia and Maryland have seen nearly 3 feet of snow. Hundreds of thousands of people were without power at one point. West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin plans to ask President Barack Obama for a federal disaster declaration to help residents and businesses in the hardest-hit areas.
