Wellness Wednesdays: Top ways to have a healthy Thanksgiving

It’s a day to be thankful, merry and to be among those you love—but, as you are feasting with friends and family, keeping a watchful eye on your consumption may prevent any post-Thanksgiving waistline regret. The average American will consume more than 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat on Thanksgiving Day alone, the Caloric Control Council said.

Break up the meals

Take a break between having your main course and the various pie samplings that are being offered on your table.
