Wellness Wednesdays: Top ways to have a healthy Thanksgiving
It’s a day to be thankful, merry and to be among those you love—but, as you are feasting with friends and family, keeping a watchful eye on your consumption may prevent any post-Thanksgiving waistline regret. Start earlier
Get an early start to your day and have your Thanksgiving meal closer to lunch time--that way, the meal will fall in the middle of your day, lessening the chance of over-consumption.
