Holiday calories and your favorite foods

A nibble of this, a sip of that…you know the deal this time of year! Festive foods and drinks are everywhere. And even if you’re simply “taste testing” the shmorgishborg of homemade cookies and candies that are bombarding your peppermint flavored life right now…those calories add up.
So in an effort to keep that waistline in check, Health Magazine has compiled a list of calorie bombs you might want to go easy on this December. Here are some of the ones that caught our eye.

Fruit Cake

Just because the word "fruit" is in the name, that doesn't mean it's healthy. A slice of fruit cake is more than 400 calories. But who really eats fruit cake?
