Pictures: What the sky would look like if the moon was replaced by a planet
So maybe the planet Earth is not as big as you would think. Space illustrator Ron Miller created these stunning renderings showing what our night sky would look like with a planet replacing the moon.
Venus
Venus is three and a half times larger than the Moon and would be six times brighter and is the hottest planet, with surface temperatures over 400 degrees.
