Clouds Blanket Pacific
The International Space Station flew above Japan earlier this month and captured a large horizon full of stratocumulus clouds covering the northwestern Pacific. These are low clouds carrying cold air over warm water with no discernible storm pattern. Notice the darker area in the upper left (area where sunset was occurring).
