Metro Barre workouts: Fusion workout is new take on getting in shape

A new workout is sweeping the D.C. area. Metro Barre, which combines ballet barre, yoga and Pilates is bound to sculpt a leaner, stronger you, while making getting, or staying, in shape interesting and fun. We take a look at the workout.

As Latrash described it, MFAC's version of the barre practice is an "athletic approach to ballet, pilates, and yoga." Metro Barre focuses on the ultimate goal of a long, lean body, building a ballerina physique over a bulky, muscular one.
