Metro Barre workouts: Fusion workout is new take on getting in shape
A new workout is sweeping the D.C. area. Metro Barre, which combines ballet barre, yoga and Pilates is bound to sculpt a leaner, stronger you, while making getting, or staying, in shape interesting and fun. We take a look at the workout.
The Metro Barre class ends with a five-minute rest, similar to a yoga class. Latrash walked around to each participant and asked them if they'd like a drop of lavender oil on their forehead.
