The D.C. Tattoo Expo was held this weekend in Arlington. More than 160 of the world's best tattoo artists, including the finest tattoo artists from the metro area, were there.
Lauren "Lo" Perez, 22, of Alexandria, Va., also competed in her first pin-up contest. Just another item to "toss off my bucket list," she said.
