Supreme Court takes up Same Sex marriage debate
The nation's highest court hears arguments Tuesday on California's voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage. It's the Supreme Court's first examination of gay rights in 10 years. Both sides of the case are represented among demonstrators outside the court.
At the same time as the United For Marriage Rally, the National Organization for Marriage (NOM), which opposes same-sex marriage, assembled their own demonstration on the National Mall.
