With a majority of votes tallied late Tuesday night, Ike Leggett defeated two other candidates on the ballot.
Voters in Virginia's 10th Congressional District, which stretches from McLean through parts of Loudoun and Prince William counties and out to Winchester, are voting in a so-called "firehouse primary" at special polling sites Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
