Coast Guard spokesman Charles Rowe said officials have inspected 80 of the 200 containers on a Norfolk, Va.-bound cargo ship authorities believe could be carrying people. So far, no one has been found.

Cargo ship passes under Bay Bridge

The Bay Bridge was temporarily shut down Wednesday because a massive cargo ship passed under it. The ship, the length of two football fields, was carrying four 14-story tall cranes.
